Every electronic device carries a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship of the device’s electronics and battery, under normal use, for one year from delivery to the original purchaser.

What is not covered

Glass, quartz, ceramic and other consumable parts, which wear with use.
Damage from drops, water, heat, misuse, unauthorised repair or using third-party parts.
Cosmetic wear such as scratches and discoloration.

How to claim

Write to us through the support form with your order number, a description of the problem, and a short video if you can.
We troubleshoot with you first; many problems are solved in a few minutes.
If the device is faulty, we send a prepaid label and repair or replace it.
