Any device you buy while you are a member is covered for two years instead of one. Claims go through our support form; we troubleshoot first, then repair or replace.
If you drop or crack a device, Care+ and Pro members can replace it once (Care+) or twice (Pro) a year at our cost price.
Yes, from your account, at any time. Your perks run to the end of the month you have paid for; the warranty on devices you bought as a member stays.
